Started my day off by enjoying a wonderful breakfast of eggs, black beans, green chile, and cheese in a flour tortilla. Shelley Jo and I then went to a state park in the outskirts of Bigfork, MT. It is on Flathead Lake. Took some wonderful pictures. Then we went into Bigfork. Wandered around and looked at some of the shops. We then went to a gem shop where I learned about Montana Sapphires. Unfortunately they didn't sell uncut sapphires, so we went to another gem place. Unfortunately he was out, so no sapphire for me. But I did get to pick up a local soda made with huckleberry. It was very good. We then came back to Shelley Jo's where I wrote up some post cards. The afternoon went by really quick and before I knew it, it was time for dinner. Shelley Jo's family and I went to a local establishment called Moose's. It is a pizza place and bar. Very busy. You are able to carve your name into the table. Enjoyed a local beer and 7up and some really good pizza and conversation. Came back to Shelley Jo's where she put feathers in my hair and we played cards. Off to bed I go now as I have to be up early to catch the train to Fargo,ND.
